While you have been working and trying to implement the best practices for your studio, we have been working on making things more convenient for you.

Let’s walk you through every new feature one by one.

SEPA | ACH Payment Integration:

Sometimes the clients don’t have enough credit available on their credit card for the purchase.

As a studio owner, you need to enable options for your clients.

With that thought, we created and are proudly announcing the addition of SEPA & ACH Payment integrations via Stripe to our platform.

These payment integrations will simplify and streamline your payment processes, allowing you to focus on what you do best - running your studio.

  • SEPA Direct Debit:

For our European studio owners- SEPA is now integrated.

With SEPA Payment Integration, you can easily collect membership fees, process recurring payments, and manage transactions, all in a standardized and cost-effective manner.

Credit cards typically charge 2.5% of the transaction value in fees, plus an additional processing fee while SEPA direct debit payment costs only 0.35€ per transaction

Whether you operate a small boutique studio or a large fitness center, our SEPA Payment Integration is tailored to fit your needs. It empowers you to provide a convenient and seamless payment experience to your members, enhancing their satisfaction and loyalty.

  • ACH (Direct Bank Transfer) :

ACH payment integration enables hassle-free transactions for users in the United States.

With ACH (Automated Clearing House) payment integration, studio owners and members can easily process payments directly from their bank accounts, reducing the need for manual transactions or credit card payments.

Enjoy the simplicity and convenience of ACH payments with our updated system.

With ACH integration, the processing fee is only 0.8% per transaction.

Public Access to Waitlist:

This much-awaited feature is quite simple and yet so powerful.

Most of the clients don’t go ahead with the booking if they are not able to see where they are on the waitlist.

To address this problem we are introducing Public access to waitlist.

Studio owners can now choose to make their waitlists visible to the public, allowing potential customers to view where they are on the waitlist- so that they don’t get discouraged from joining the waitlist and have a realistic expectation of confirmation.

This feature enhances transparency, improves member experience, reduces no-shows, and empowers users to plan and schedule their activities more effectively.

Future updates will also show the probability of moving from the waitlist to the class being confirmed.

Roaming & Multi-location Membership

Region-based membership plans were linked with Stripe and restricted customers from purchasing memberships from a location different to where plans were created.

Customers faced confusion when it came to selecting the right location for their purchase, leading to errors and a less-than-optimal user experience.

This feature combines the benefits of both roaming and multi-location memberships. It allows your customers to not only purchase a membership that is valid across multiple studios but also provides the flexibility to use that membership to book classes or access facilities in different studios within the network.

Roaming & Multi-location membership can be purchased in multiple locations and can be set up to allow booking of classes or appointments in different studios.

Send one-way Text Blasts

How do you keep your clients up-to-date with everything new happening at your studio?

Introducing SMS Campaigns. With SMS Campaigns, studio owners can now send single SMS blasts to their customers, keeping them informed about promotions, updates, special events, and more.

This powerful marketing tool allows you to reach your customers directly on their mobile devices, ensuring your messages are seen and enhancing customer engagement. Amplify your marketing efforts with our SMS Campaigns feature.

Inbox - Be in touch through texts:

Helping, engaging, and retaining your clients can’t get easier than this. Bookee is delighted to introduce this new feature to our platform: the Inbox.

Now, studio owners can directly communicate with their customers through texts. This two-way messaging capability enables seamless and instant communication, allowing you to engage with your customers, answer queries, send updates, and build stronger connections.
